Butter Chicken Masala


How to make

Prepare a smooth paste by mixing the contents of the NRI Kitchen Butter Masala pack with 300ml hot water
Add meat or vegetables of your choice to 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan over medium heat
Fry for 10 mins or until cooked
Stir in the sauce and cook over low heat for 5 mins
Garnish with a sprig of fresh Coriander (Cilantro) leaves and a swirl of fresh cream (optional)


  • 500g of chicken or any other meat or vegetables of your choice

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 300 ml hot water

  • 1 100g packet of NRI Kitchen Butter Masala
