Chicken Chettinad Masala


How to make

Prepare a smooth paste by mixing the contents of the NRI Kitchen Chettinad Masala pack with hot water
Add meat or vegetables of your choice to 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat
Fry for 10 mins or until cooked
Stir in the sauce and cook over low heat for 5 mins
Garnish with a sprig of fresh Coriander (Cilantro) and curry leaves (optional)


  • 1 Kg of Chicken or your favourite meat or vegetables

  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 5 cups (600) ml hot water

  • 1 100g Packet of NRI Kitchen Chettinad Masala
