Mutton Rogan Josh


  • Prepare a smooth sauce by mixing the contents of the NRI Kitchen Roganjosh Masala pack (100g) to 600 ml of hot water

  • Add meat of your choice (or vegetables) to 4 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  • Fry for 5 minutes or until cooked

  • Stir in the sauce and cook over low heat for 10 minutes

  • Add coriander (optional for garnish)

  • Serve hot with basmati rice or roti

How to make


  • 1 kg boneless red meat cut into 1 -inch pieces

  • 5 cups (600 ml) hot water

  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil

  • sprig of coriander leaves (optional for garnish)
