Introduction

Steps
Prepare a smooth sauce by mixing the contents of the NRI Kitchen Roganjosh Masala pack (100g) to 600 ml of hot water
Add meat of your choice (or vegetables) to 4 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Fry for 5 minutes or until cooked
Stir in the sauce and cook over low heat for 10 minutes
Add coriander (optional for garnish)
Serve hot with basmati rice or roti

1 kg boneless red meat cut into 1 -inch pieces
5 cups (600 ml) hot water
4 tbsp vegetable oil
sprig of coriander leaves (optional for garnish)
