Prepare a smooth mixture by adding the contents of NRI KItchen Rasam mix pack (100g) to 1000 ml of hot water
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chilli
Fry for 1 minute till the mustard seeds crackle.
Stir in the mixture and cook over low heat for 1 minute.
Add coriander leaves for garnish.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
How to make
8 cups (1000 ml) hot water
1 tsp vegetable oil
Sprig of coriander leaves
1 tsp of mustard seeds
1 dry red chilli
